When you get the full game, erase the save so it doesn't happen.

For a demo, that's pretty #### good. You're getting #### near two thirds of the game for free. How often do you play a demo that even lets you through a tenth of the actual game?

You seem to have no concept of money. I've played games for year, and at least until DLC came into the picture, you'd play whatever the publisher said you could play up to, and if you wanted, you could even buy a key to continue. Now that's fast downloading!
My previous point was that it was supposed to be 19/19 levels, not dead at 12/19. I can't respect the programmers for messing up like that, and I can't respect the publisher for putting out a game that isn't polished. If the point of a demo is for folks to try it, well... I'm not done, and I have money to spend, but not on a buggy game. Games are for fun, not for working through bugs. Sloppy programming and high prices, GO HOME!

Really?? Can you name others? I'd like to stay away. I've had 10/10 success till now. Granted, Steam is new to me, so it might be that Steam technology is still gay and need to mature. Previously, I've d/l'd from publishers or GameSpot, etc.

The programmers may have been too lazy to make a proper ending to a demo but being able to play through most of the game for free is pretty rare for a game demo. The full game was only really a test of the portalgun mechanics and physics that the new engine can do. It's not a bug, it's the end of the demo, it just doesn't give you an end screen. 19/19 levels is the full game, 12/19 levels for a demo is nothing to complain about.
