How's this game's replayability?

Well, the game only took me 2 hours to finish, so you won't get bored. I replay it every few years.

You'll never forget the first time, but replaying it is different, if you replay it after a certain amount of time and not directly you'll be able to break your mind again a bit..
And if you get totally into Portal (like me) you'll play it 5 times or so default, 2 times or so searching for f*****g buttons and 5 times or so noclipping through the level..

It doesn't need mods, it's full of interesting lore in addition to the gameplay, and if you're "bored" already just don't bother, it sounds like you're not mature enough to enjoy it.

Portal 2 has a workshop feature, everyone can create maps, with the Perpetual Testing Initiative (PeTI) which is easy to use or with Hammer the official developer tools from Valve.
Also there are many mods on moddb.com, just look up Portal 1/Portal 2 mods..
I even have my own Portal 2 mod, not wanting to advertise here..

But as good mods *like* Portal 2 I only know Portal Stories: Mel which is a free Portal 2 mod and the closest we can get to Portal 3..
I don't know big, good Portal 1 mods but I'm sure there are some

I love noclipping to the outdoor scene and spawning in all weapons and a Jeep then about 100 zombies to kill, just don't run the Jeep into the box of beans or the radio that will crash your game.

With all the stuff you can do, its replayable, like trying to beat your old time over and over again

Once you beat it you can, Speed run, do advanced chambers and challenges

I suppose you mean Portal *1* mods as good as Portal 2's mods are. Well, there's Rexaura (here on Steam), Portal Prelude (good story, but relies too much on acrobatics and speedrunning to my taste) and Portal Flash Mappack, to name a few. Not to mention individual maps, which are dime a dozen on moddb and other sites.
