Can I remove this game from my steam account?
Can I do that? I don't mean hide it from my library. I just want to remove it from my account. Don't ask why. Just tell me if it's possible, and how can I do it :) Thanks.

Just do this.
1: Go to your library.
2: Right-Click on Portal.
3: Click "Delete Local Content"
4: Why would you do this in the first place?
5: You won't get a refund, so have fun.

Contact steam support and ask them to remove portal from your account. They will ask you to provide proof of ownership for the account.
