Gothic 4 ArcaniA Cutscene Crash English

After I killed the Loam Vermin Queen, therer should be a Cutscene.
First time I could at least here the sound of it, before the Windows told me that Arcania doesn't work anymore (I dont know the correct Text in English). The next times I've tried it it only gave me a Black Screen without doing nothing anymore.
