Training thugs?
I'm trying to figure out what the best way to train hired thugs are in the game. its really annoying watching my lvl 1 thugs with plate armor and longswords get beat by lvl 7s using their hands -.-

Just have them do tasks like "spy on someone" or "ask around". I find that ranks them up pretty good.

im trying to throw a thug out of my shop asking around my workers for dirt on me when im just trying to make a honest living... lol
