My Keyboard Has No Number Pad
What's the easiest way to remap keys? I've tried using a couple of programs but they don't work. I don't remember what their names are.

I have a very difficult time dueling quicker enemies with the mouse.

You can play with regular keyboard + mouse. I have numpad too, but I still prefer playing this way
