How do you back up your save files?

Sorry. I'm really new to this.

Make a folder to hold the save data.

Type %localappdata% on the desktop searchbar.

Click the UNDERTALE folder.

Move all of it's contents to the folder you created.

Keep the data from each save separated.

When you want to return to a save, switch the save you want with the contents of the UNDERTALE folder.

If the UNDERTALE folder is empty when you open the game, a new run will be created from scratch.

Sorry for probably necro-posting but can you see which save files are which gameplay because i lost my save file (it got kinda deleted) but i see some save files in localappdata but im not sure which one it was where i fought Mettaton EX and my game crashed
