When Is Windows Store Version Gonna Get Patched?
Anyone know? I don't see the new graphics options in the menu and I haven't noticed any downloads. Did they mention when the Windows Store version (eh, it was cheap) would be getting patched?

Wouldn't it make more sense to ask in the square enix forums, or... windows one?
If you read the sticky thread about the patch it seems the "official" people believe the patch has been applied to both versions and just needs a restart for the Windows version to pick it up. Maybe it just takes a while longer for the Windows store to process and allow the update to go through.
I am sure it is on its way (if not there already)
The windows store version *may* be under the influence of microsoft's certification process. If so, then it could be delayed by at least a week maybe more.
We aim to have the Windows Store version released as soon as possible, but it is indeed not yet released.
Simply judging from the changelog ("Steam only" enhancements) and the fact that the Patch is already out on Steam, is it safe to say that the Steam version is indeed superior to the Windows Store version?

I already own the game on Steam and I don't want to bash Windows Store. I'm just curious on why some fixes are only available on Steam.

Probably safe to assume that all the fixes the Steam version got will be applied to the Windows Store version as well, there are just some issues that only come up in the Steam version to begin with that don't need to be addressed for the other one. Hence the patch notes that are tagged as "Steam only" which only apply to the Steam code and launch process.
Why would you waste money on the Windows Store version? That's a total crapshoot. That's worse than buying a game thru the Apple Store...LOL

Cool. You guys are the best. Oh btw, the smaa is a bit wonky. It doesn't seem to reduce jaggies; maybe it needs to be beefed up a bit. Don't know if that got fixed, but it'd be nice to have fixed as FXAA tends to blur.
They need to fix the utilisation problems. The soviet base and geothermal valley cause the fps to tank and stutter. And no, vram is not the cause of it. My mobile gpu has 8gb vram and even with high textures (supposedly uses 3-4gb) the issue persists. The fps gain in those areas is only 5fps with a lower resolution too. It should be 10-12 or so really.

@Nixxes-Official:
Is there a possibility to disable VSync in the Windows Store Version?

I haven't seen the patch going on on Steam, how can I know if my game is patched?
camping for future updates
Zomby7: Sorry, unfortunately disabling VSync is not supported in the UWP framework currently.
