How to redeem your DLC codes

Hey guys,

Some of you may have purchased DLC packs for RIFT via Steam but never got your stuff. I'm happy to say that the issue causing this has been fixed and you can now get your items!

If you already purchased DLC, you'll need to right click on RIFT in your Steam library and select "View CD key". Then take that key and apply it to your Trion Account at this page:
https://rift.trionworlds.com/commerce/voucher/redeem-voucher-flow

It'll be delivered in-game via your mailbox!

I just purchased one of the DLCs and all of the items seem to be there even the credits EXCEPT the 24 slot bag, its not in my mailbox

It is probably like the collectors edition 24 slot backback. It replaced your 20 slot backpack. Check your bags and see if your backpack is now 24 slots.

Yeah, I agree. They do not describe it right if it is the collector's edition backpack,

Collector’s Satchel: Increases the size of your primary backpack to 24 slots

was how they described it for the collector's edition. Since most of the other items are also from the collector's and other special editions I am guessing that is what they are giving, and whoever wrote the description for the dls tried to simplify it from the above and messed up and lost the info it is a backpack upgrade. Just a guess though, since people said they are not getting a bag.

Does anyone know how the old Storm Legion codes translate now, comparing to these new dlc packs they sell on steam now?
