3 questions, 1st, what class are you? mage or cleric? 2nd what lvl are you at now? 3rd what cluster are you on, n/a or e/u? either way i would go here
and read up on your class/calling. depending on lvl may make it hard to do much in lower lvl, not sure. as for n/a vs e/u couldnt help ya there, but if role play your thing faiblight on n/a cluster, pvp would be seastone.

If you're completely new then I can understand the confusion.
Clerics are the best healers in the game. They have three free healing souls: Sentinel (strong single target healer), Purifier (shields), and Warden (Strong AE but weak ST). There is also a cash shop hybrid healing soul called Defiler.
Mages get Chloromancer which does well in both ST and AE. The fun thing about Chloro is that you get healing abilities but you also heal by dealing damage. It kind of sucks early on but gets a lot better as you gain levels. It is my favorite healing soul at 60.
Rogues have support/fluff AE healing in Bards and Tacticians. However, new healing souls are coming in 2.7 for Warriors and Rogues.

61 Warden / 15 Sent / 0 Inquisitor - When you're level 60, this is pretty much the best AOE healing you'll be able to utilize.
