I got this yesterday off steam and I can't find it.

It's showing in the dlc slot with the free dlc, I don't know where you access it in the game.

Thats what I'm asking.

I bought this item as well, but didn't get anything. I was trying to contact Steam CS, but got message "Unfortunately, RIFT Starter Pack does not utilize Steam to manage its items. You will need to contact their Support Team for any questions about your items in that game."

Dos it show in you steam acount. ?
If so, goto a mail box to get it.

Do you mean in-game mail box? I got nothing there, tried to relog just in case.

I got mine in the in game mailbox, just happen to click it as passing and it was there.

It was two days after buying it, that I found it.
