Is there a second ending if you have all lens?

After credits I was missing one lens - went back and got it but the door to the end video was locked on me.

Do I have to do the whole game and approach that door with all lens on first go?

Is it worth the bother or is there only one ending?

I got all of the lens, i can tell you the ending i got if you want. The only thing i need to say is that it worthed.

The ending I saw was a several minute trippy segment ending where you wind up being written and trapped in a cassette yourself; asking 'How will I know if I saved them?' and getting no response

....That's the same thing I got with only 3 lenses.

After completing the game and then going back and getting the "CONSTRUCT" achievement, I can't go through the door right before the free-roam section. The three icosahedra are still there, but clicking on the door does nothing. It seems there's no second ending for completionists.
