Does anyone know if any space agency is doing a simulator game similar to NASA MoonBase Alpha?

I enjoy playing NASA MoonBase Alpha and working with other astronauts. I want to work with a more advanced simulator with real life applications. Please let me know if anyone else is interested or knows if a software simulation game exists.
