My friend who has a better security software than me said somthing...
As he was downloading the game, he said that Norton said that there was a virus, and that he was probobly not going to download it. I this a possibility? I've scanned after I got the game, and my software didn't say anything was up. Anyone else had a similar experience with this?
It's probobly nothing, but better safe then sorry.

I use ESET and its not a virus. Norton probably scaned a file extension it didn't recognize, so it called it a virus.

I use BRAIN 1.0 with the common sense plugin and figure Valve wouldn't distribute a game virus built in...

Likely a false positive. If you're unsure, grab the binary in question, upload it to virustotal.com and let them check against roughly 30 or so scanners. If only one of them comes up positive, it is most likely false.

It's made by NASA and distributed through Steam, replace Norton.
