Moonbase Alpha will not launch

So i downloaded this game and when it was finished I clicked on it and it said "Initializing first time setup" so a let it do its thing and when it was done it did not launch the game so i clicked on it again and it did the samething over. Ive done this about 5 or 6 times and it has yet to launch

The same thing happens to me except I get the error message 0x000012f
