Bonus levels aren't unlocking (win7)

Hey all,

I have some issues with unlocking the bonus levels, I clicked to join the Toki Tori group, but the bonus levels still don't unlock for me. Is the game so dead that it basically won't happen, or is there still a chance to get those?

I use win7 64bit.

I have tested it, the bonus levels unlocked as usual (win8.1 64bit zh_cn). Try to join/quit the group in shop's website (follow option) and restart the game. What is needed to know is that if your bonus levels have a small lock at the right-bottom corner, it means you haven't finished enough normal levels.

Hey, thank you very much, will try to quit/join the group a few times. I am pretty sure I have completed enough levels as I had a prompt message that my bonus levels should be unlocked now :) Hope it works!

UPDATE: Even though I clicked JOIN the group (on the link provided in-game) the group is not listed in my groups and I cannot rejoin or leave it... anyone has any ideas maybe? :(

So, can you join other steam groups? Maybe you could ask Value for help.

Yeah I have joined other Steam groups without problems (and leave too). I have asked a friend to try and join the group for Toki Tori and he had the same issue, however he told me that he could see me as a member of the group. I have sent an email to customer support for Two Tribes, if this fails I'll try Valve...

The link provided in-game was from BEFORE Steam changed from having official game groups that you "join", to having game hubs that you "follow".

The "follow" option is available on the Store Page (it will show a ticked box if you are following), or near the top-right of the Community Hub page (it will show either Follow or Stop Following).

Thank you for the clarification. I tried to follow Toki Tori but had the following message: There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again later. I tried following TOki Tori 2+ and it works just fine. Funnily enough in community hub for Toki Tori it states that I am following the news, etc. and I cannot stop following those. Seems like I won't be able to work this out without Valve's help :( (and I have no idea how to get to contact them).

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that I finally mamanged to unlock the levels. Just as Calmly Frenetic suggested; I tgried to follow the store page until it popped! Thanks everyone for your help!

Indeed! I must have been so frustrated, my brain skipped that part! I had some issues with following the page, but I assume it was due to heavy traffic on Steam these days due to the Sale. Thank you again for your patience! :)

I will leave this topic be, as it may not be clear to new players of Toki Tori (such as me) that instead of Joining groups, they just need to follow the store page.
