I'm liking the game but...
Is there any way to make the walls on my side of the character transparent? It sucks that I can see the whole dungeon but not the stuff directly behind a wall until I get within a foot of it.
Also, is there a better way to pick up and interact with items? Because if it's behind something like a bush, tree, rock, or whatever, I can't interact with it.

As for the first question, no.

For stuff on the ground, if you hold shift, everything on the ground will get highlighted. There is a party orders mod that has a feature to make your companions or yourself automatically loot everything around you with a push of a hotkey. I think it's included with killap's restoration project.

I know that shift highlights objects, but it doesn't make it any easier to actually select them if they're completely behind something. There aren't any other mods that fix these like making the walls see through or making items selectable from behind scenery?

Unfortunately, I don't think Black Isle thought of doing this thing.

You may as well use the Party Orders add-on and press T whenever you find an item you cannot click on to pick up.
