World Map Bug

When I'm on the world map the actual position of the mouse is different to position of the mouse cursor.

e.g. If I want to enter Shady Sands I have to guess and click somewhere above and to the left of it

The mouse is fine in the rest of the game, it's only on the world map where it's out of sync

I'm using a high resolution patch btw
