Playing to Rank 101: What Level Should I Be At the Top of the Tower?

I'm trying to get to Rank 101. I've checked all of the areas to make sure I've collected everything, but I'm still only rank 95 going into Meat Circus. Does anyone know what level I should be at this point and if I'm on track?

98 - including the rank you get from that infernal Punchy Target mini-game.

Yeah, so you should check what else you might have missed before passing the point of no return. It might also be a good idea to take a backup of your saves.
