Could I run someone else's save for Psychonauts?

I had everything in the game except for the two achievements where you have to beat the punching mini-game.

Recently, I had to format my HDD due to a fatal error in my OS.
Lost my save and all. I really want to get the last two achievements, and I really don't want to have to start all over again.
