Figment help?

In the milkman conspiracy level it says I have one figment left, but I can't find it and I've looked everywhere. Can someone very familiar with the game please help? I've gotten everything from the sewer area, it's somewhere in the main area with the graveyard/post office. It's on page one, row 3, column 3. I've looked up it's location in the guide and it's not there when I go inside the house to the baker area. Perhaps it's a glitch? I'd hate to have to replay the whole game just for one figment

I looked up a figment guide, and went to the area it said but it wasn't there. That's why I think it may have glitched. My game has been laggy and on certain levels Raz will turn grey and some enemies will be invisible as will the pause menu.
