raz wont quit walking

once i binded the controls to a wired xbox 360 controler everything moves and works fine execpt raz wants to keep moving toward the camera and when the options appear the highlight bar keeps moving down, i tried defaulting controls and even default makes him move. help?

Unplug the controller and plug it back in without having the control stick pushed in any direction.

he still walking. the only way he stops is if i push ever so slightly up on the left joystick
