Raz does absolutely no movement animation problem

Raz does absolutely no movement animation. He will float across the ground with the arrow keys and that is it. His body is frozen.

try updating direct x

I already have the latest version of direct x. I updated all of "Optional" Windows Updates but that didn't help either.

SOLVED: I changed the C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Psychonauts\Psychonauts.exe file to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode. Viola the animation is now working!
