Steam Support ?!

I don't understand why it is not possible to directly contact anyone in the support section/area/whatever here on Steam and why we users have to rely on the goodwill of another user to fix game issues/problems when it's not our responsibility at all but Steam's.

It's been three months already that I haven't been able to play the game AND I opened two threads here explaning the issue, got no answer whatsoever.

What's wrong with steam?

PS. Before anyone comes up to suggest verifying files and/or deleting and then reinstalling the game. I tried all that but no use at all.

Hi, SuperDean. Thanks for your comment and I totally understand where you're coming from. However, the problem was with Steam itself and now I see this has been fixed as I can now load and play the game just fine. I don't know if you managed to see my previews posts on the subject, but the game is only loadable through steam on Mac. Cheers!
