Black Velvetopia - Figment Help

I need just one more figment in Black Velvetopia. It's 5:4:6, the guide on Gamefaqs says that I can find it in:

In the basketball hoop (very small figment) that isn't on the ladder, just jump through the hoop to get this extremely small and hard to spot figment.

Where exactly is this hoop? I have absolutely no idea of what this guide is talking about.

there is 2 hoops under the sewers one near the ladder and one by the stands under the sewers hope it helps!
