How much accessiblity customisation is there? e.g. font size adjustment, different coloured text/backgrounds.

The preferences dialog has a switch for black-on-white vs white-on-black. You can also adjust the font family, font size, and window margins.

The available font list is: Lora, Gentium Book, Georgia, Baskerville, Source Sans Pro, Courier.

(These are all fonts which are either browser-universal or open source. I'm afraid there's no option to select any font installed on your computer.)

Also: I'm told that the UI works well with screen-reader / VoiceOver technology. However, I haven't tested that myself.

The new version has the ability to select a font by name.
