Warning: This developer isn't supporting their PC/Mac games any more.
I previously purchased Gemini Lost and I inquired about getting a Steam Key to add it to my Steam account. I received an e-mail from PlayFirst explaining that they no longer produce PC/Mac games and will not offer any support or handle any inquiries pertaining to PC/Mac games. Why, therefore, do they have their games for sale on Steam, a PC/Mac game delivery service?

They're just trying to cash in on Steam with orphaned games. I wouldn't recommend giving your money to this developer.

It's a fun game that works perfectly. Why not offer it for sale ... anywhere?

It's a situation of "buyer beware."

It works on whatever system you're using right now, but it's abandoned, and there's no guarantee it will work on anyone else's system. If it doesn't run on someone's system... that person is basically out of luck. If the game suddenly corrupts your saves? Graphics or sounds go wonky? Nope, no support offered!

Buyer beware.
