This game is severely Rebellion™ in that shooting feels junky and way too simple, like tapping wet toilet tissue with your finger. The jump button rarely works, but you don't need to jump much. It's actually more of a console game, with an unlock system like Timesplitters 2. It feels like the focus of this game was on split-screen multiplayer and co-op. However, in Dolphin and PCSX2 the game feels worse, and iron-sight aiming is toggle only. The jump button is broken there too. No widescreen, and it crashes if you try to add MSAA in the menu with the widescreen fix (which stretches everything anyway). Too much work. I'd recommend playing in windowed.
However, you're fighting vampires, so it's vaguely reminiscent of the greatest horror game I've played in recent memory: Nosferatu. Also, enemies can ragdoll kind of satisfyingly. Other than that, you can arrest anyone for the stupidest things and it increases your ranking. 20 years, creep. Has a strange kind of trip hop-esque soundtrack, which is nice.
I wouldn't recommend it; however, I didn't even know I owned it. So I don't feel bad for having spent money, because I don't remember spending it.
