I kinda wanna upload The Void Special Edition artwork,
but it technically violates Steam's agreement on the matter, since I didn't make it.

I dunno, do you guys wanna see it? Should I upload it anyway? If I do upload it, d'you all promise not to report me? :P

If, by any chance, a dev lurks on here, do you mind if I upload them?

EDIT: Some are up. I'm avoiding the ones with nudity. I might put those up too (in the name of indiscrimination) at some point. *shrug*

Don't do it, man, we'll miss you...By the way, is that the artwork from the bonus content or something different?
North Nov 5, 2013 @ 5:19pm
Yes, the artwork from the bonus content. It's literally just picks from the English copy of the devs' torrent.

As far as I know, they don't BAN me. They just take it down and revoke my artwork-uploading privledges. But if no one cares or minds, I'd love to put it up and make it more accessible. It's free content anyhow.

I saw tons of artwork from lots of places.
Unless it's inappropriate, I think nobody will mind it!

If its from the english torrent, you can download the torrent from the developer site.
tension-game.com
Or is it really special stuff?
North Nov 6, 2013 @ 11:55am
It's entirely from the developer site. Some people don't want to muck about with torrenting, or don't want to download several gigs of files. Plus, I think it'd be nice to spruce up the community hub a bit, y'know?

But, yes, if anyone wants all the files, there's a torrent from the devs on their site.

I'll upload a few later today.

Yes, the torrent is like 6 Gb. A bit too big.
The biggest part is the 4 disc soudtrack in FLAC files I think.
It would be nice if the art was separately packed from the sounds and videos and uploaded in a zip file or something. Can you upload something like that for the community?

I could, if I had any idea how to create magnet links or anything like that. I do not understand the inner workings of torrents. (Nor do I have the file hosting to just upload a .rar of the thing.)

If the artwork I put up gets a good enough reception, I'll look into it, though. Why not.

Uploaded a sampling. If you guys want more, or have specific requests (a certain sister, a certain brother, etc), lemme know.

If it's concept art or something like that, I'm almost sure nobody would mind this.
I mean, the artwork compartment here is empty anyway. So yeah, feel free about that :P

If anyone requests I take it down, I will gladly do so. In the meantime, I've put some up--if they get thumbs-ups, I'll keep piling more in. They're pretty cool.

Magnet links would still require a seperate and new torrent to work. They're just another way of gettin the file via the swarm rather than a website. If you're looking for hosting you could maybe use a dropbox account if the files aren't enormous and the demand isn't too large? Honestly I don't see why Valve would have a problem with it since it's freely available material. Maybe send an email to the company and get their OK so you can tell Valve to sod off later down the line if you need to?

I just put some up. I'm unconcerned.

You're not forced to download the entire contents of a torrent, you can always choose only the files you want.

How? Manually stop files in the torrent?

You should have an option to skip files/folders. As long as the torrent is not made of a single large compressed file it works.
