Game breaking mouse sensitivity issues. Is there a fix?

So in regular first person mode the mouse sensitivity is extremely high, but using the menu, or while holding left ctrl where you can draw and use colors and stuff the sensitivity is normal. Is there a fix for this? A way to make the sensitivity the same? I want to play the game but it's unplayable like this. I cannot be the only one.

Me too, kind of breaks the immersion and makes it hard to enjoy the game. If i find a fix i'll let you guys know.

Ha, there's a setting in the options menu, just click on the controls "tab" at the top. Can't believe i didn't see it tbh.
