You have to claim/redeem it from the missions menu. You can find it by hovering over the icons in the top right of the main menu.

I'm not understanding this event.

You can earn up to 10 tickets, these are split into four tiers... that's clear.

For each tier you complete you earn a rare ciber case.

But I'm not understanding if the prizes are based on the number of tickets you have (10 tickets = "Expert Medal Collect Raffle Ticket" // X tickets = "Veteran Medal Collect Raffle Ticket" // X tickets = "Recruit Medal Collect Raffle Ticket") or if you guys are going to make a lottery and the amount of tickets are the chances of winning.

Dude, 250 pistol kills is a pain to get and I'm at 70% done on it... I just need to 2 more eliminations and about 75 pistol kills til I'm done this tedious event. But, I'm still waiting for the win 25 Dive Matches.

The 25 wins mission is not up, either it was given the wrong date (starts next week) or was removed.
