How long before you can party with friends?

My friend and I started playing tonight, me as Frantz and her as Leila. We played about half an hour of the tutorial but weren't in the same place, so we couldn't party up.

How do we meet each other and how long is it before we can party up and do dungeons together?

Frantz does not start at same place as Leila and other new characters. You two must clear the first dungeons alone, then she will be sent to the same place where You are at the moment. From then on, i suppose You could play together. Should be around level 7-10 if You focus on quests only.
