PWE not giving a verification email

I created my account 2 days ago, but until this day PWE doesn't give me the verification email. I tried to contact the customer service, but still no response. Anybody have experiencing this issue? or any idea to play this game? i really want to play this game so badly.

You can make an account and get straight into it, the verification email is for the forums which take about 3 days. Customer Support will reply within 2 weeks, so GL.
