Any idea when it will be fixed?

I have both the O.G skyrim and special edition. for some reason , and iI may just be stupid here. but I know you need to launch skyrim through skse to get it to work properly. every time I load skse it brings up oldrim and not the one I just downloaded. I uninstalled and reinstalled them under a different folder but its still not working. anyone out there with some advice for technologically impaired me?...

I don't have any mods installed yet, but I can't open it because it keeps giving me the error of "no licenses"

Every time I click the 'play' button it takes a little bit before I get an error saying 'no licenses'. Why is this and how can I fix it?

I can only install the old ediditon of Skyrim with this, but i want to use it at the special edition?
