I lost all progress but not the achievements
I started the game today and I saw that I lost all progress. The achievements and the user are OK, but the game progress is like a new game. I have to play from the beginning, from the first level! There is NO survival mode, NO puzzle, NO nothing, all blocked! Even I lost the flower above the "achievements" menu and I lost all the plants I bought.
What happend?!
Any ideas or solutions?

My sister has the same problem with her data and idk how to help her either. I figured it had something to do with cloud storage.

Yes, I think the same, the poblem is related with Steam Cloud. Is strange that the hours played and the achievements are OK but the progress is lost.

Steam said to me that there are not solution for this problem, and appologised to me.
Anyway, if someone find a way to solve this problem, please post it here.

I had the same problem.. 23 hours progress lost :( Whats the point in buying a game if that happens :(:( They should give us our money back!

Same here, 12 hours of playing... All gone.. It's rather depressing... It's like climbing the Mount Everest in a world record time, then Guinnes is all like: "Sorry.. We weren't paying attention and lost track of time.. You'll have to start all over again. But we DO apologise!"

You could play the game all the way through again, and re-get all the achievements and everything. I know that's not really a solution per se, but it's actually kind of fun to play through it all a second time.

These Steam people cant be serious"we apologize" that is by far noth enough!!!! Redo all the progress is obviously not an option, not that it is a problem, but who ensures me that after playing again that after like 50 hours all is gone again??? No one will and steam says we apologize. If steam wants to sell the game, Fine, but keep ur dirty useless fingers out of the game. Best option is not to buy from steam because if u buy it in any store on cd u can install the game without any steam or this crap cloud and as soon as steam is out of it the problem is solved.

But as long as they sell the game and have their fingers in it they are responsible for a flawless working game. I just bought it 2 days ago played 10 hours and boom all progress gone, that is not too much but what if I play again 10 hours???? All gone again??? This is in no way acceptable by any means fix this Now and stop apologizing!!!

I had the game when it first came out on cd but its lost. So I was too lazy to go buy it again so I bought it with Steam. The difference is on cd I played many many hours passed the game like 8 or 9 times and no problems at all. With Steam only 10 hours......wtf???????

Fix ur issue or find a way to satisfy ur customers an apologie is no help and no satisfaction!!!!

It's happening to me too... 21 hours played... and the game always start in the beginning.
