Vive Base Station "sagging"

Hey guys, new to the forums and I didn't see anywhere else to post this, so my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I just got a Vive last week and it's been a lot of fun so far. However, as of a couple days ago I noticed on of my base stations (they're both mounted to the wall) has started to "sag", as in I get home from work and the station's arm is pointing it downward instead of angled upward (even though I keep tightening it to try and keep it in the same position). Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what did you do do?

I tighten them over and over and set up the room in Steam VR every time I play. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ design but that's the price of early adoption, we're trial and error.
