Noble Cavalry model and armor
It is interesting to see that noble cavalry with no armor upgraded has the model with full mental armor while the one with upgraded armor has the model wearing leather armor(lv 1 upgrade with brown shield indication). I checked the stat and it is true that upgraded armor cavalry is better than non-upgraded one, so the model is wrong somehow. Maybe the current vanilla noble cavalry is using placeholder model?

They might look better swapped. The upgraded version is wearing the cord and plaque armor which is quite heavy with metal plates to protect the vital areas, but it's from a n earlier time.

Currently the vanilla noble cavalry is wearing armor that looks the same as the lv 3 armor(the armor rated with a gold shield indication)

Well it is this way for all Noble Units. Even Noble Halberds which were removed had this look.

In the topic of placeholder and mixing them up. Are unit cards graphics for Chariots "as intented"? Cause we have 2 that are corresponding to their technology picture but kinda weird as both light and heavy chariot have graphic with bow (Light chariot technology one) and the last chariot upgrade has the Heavy Chariot Technology graphic. I get the feeling that each chariot was intented to have it's technology picture for unit card (would make them easier and more intuitive to identify)

I can't find any relationship with the topic.

I'm afraid I only have two unit card graphics for chariots. I've swapped the models for the nobles though.
