Unfortunately, I did not really understand your message. If it is a possibility to you, could you try to explain your issue in English? Do you get any error messages? I'd also appreciate any other information that you can give me; a detailed description of your issue, your operating system and other system specifications could be helpful.

If I understood correctly, your game crashes at some point during the loading screen? If this is the case, there are a few things you can try. First, you could download an install the newest PhysX drivers[www.nvidia.com] to make sure you are not having any issue with them.

If that does not work, you could try to verify your game cache through Steam (right click Trine in your Steam Library -> select Properties -> choose the Local Files tab -> click the button to "Verify integrity of game cache"). A full reinstall of the game might be worth a shot too if that does not help.

I hope this helped. Let me know how it goes!

already did everything, installed physx and nothing, already checked several times the game and nothing has even uninstalled and installed several times too and the bug did not.

Sorry to hear those solutions did not work. However, I can't try to help more before I understand your issue, as I did not quite get your first message.

Could you try describing what happens? When exactly does this issue occur? Does the game crash or give any error messages? Anything you can say to specify the issue would help. Please also tell me your operating system and other computer information. I'll gladly try to help, but I'll need to know a bit more.

I use a notebook

intel core i5 2.4ghz

4 gb ram

640GB hd

Video : Intel HD grafics ( so I can not say which model , if 3000 and 2000 these things ) .

the game runs regular here, as you said you did not quite understand what I said before , so I'll explain briefly here as well . The game runs on standard notebook , then I put out a little from the computer , and then went back to the computer to finish the stage pass I was 14 which was the stage of the game was already almost zeroing , so that what happened was the following , when I clicked to continue the game loads while the narrator speaks , so that when it finishes loading the game simply closes alone, I get no error message , the game just closes alone when I 'm still in the game , even I continue clicking or clicking the selection phase , to choose the phase that I stopped , it is the same bug or error , which closes the game completely alone. I already uninstalled and installed several times and the error / bug continued anyway , and yes, all dreivers are updated , but the game runs on the notebook , because until I reached the penultimate stage of the game , running the normal game , give it exits and then returned to continue playing , I clicked continue, or selecting phase , and it happened this error / bug there, but finally was able to help in some way , or having some upgrade patch may arranges it . Any help thank you very much .

What operating system are you using?

Please check the following folder in your game's files:
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Trine\logs

If it has any .txt files in it, please send them to us to: Support [at] Frozenbyte [dot] com

If you do send us an email, please link this topic in your email, so we know it's you.

If I understood correctly, your game closes when loading a level, when the narrator speaks. Often these kind of issues are related to PhysX drivers[www.nvidia.com], but you already said you tried installing them. Could you try to uninstall them once more and then reinstall them again? Please restart your computer after that.

If that does not work, you could also try to install the PhysX Legacy drivers[www.nvidia.com] - these should not really be necessary, but it might be worth a shot.

If you try to verify your game files through Steam (right click Trine in your Steam Library -> select Properties -> select the Local Files tab -> "verify integrity of game cache") do you get any messages that some files were not verified?
