This is what you get for only buying RO2:
1) All RO2 Multiplayer (Eastern Front maps - Germans vs Russians)
2) RO2 single player
3) Limited access to RS Multiplayer (Pacific Theater maps - Americans vs Japanese)
So in order to get full access to the Pacific Theater, you were supposed to get Rising Storm, not RO2.
Red Orchestra 2: http://store.steampowered.com/app/35450/
Rising Storm: http://store.steampowered.com/app/234510/
How was the gameplay? Dynamics? Physics?
I loved the gameplay with the Americans.. Since I started playing the RO2 servers I hate it.. The MP40 is a complete piece of ♥♥♥♥. I can put 10 shots on realism mode into someones chest just to watch them run off.. :\ Idk I got my hopes up while I was unknowingly playing RS.. Coming to this is just a slap to the face.
By the way, had you bought Rising Storm instead, you would have gotten full access to both RS and RO2 maps. I think the game was 10 bucks during the sale.
EDIT: Here's the thread I just made: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=95627
Before you buy any game always do some research first.
Just mashing a "buy" key will often result in dissapointment.
Whilst things could be a little clearer the onus is on the purchaser to understand what they are bying.
However, as many folk will not do that it may be woth TWI making things as simple as possible.
