1280x720 + Windowed = Screen-tearing and jagged edges
I like to play games in windowed mode sometimes. With this game, when I try to play in windowed mode, it becomes graphically messy. Is there a reason this is happening even though 1280x720 is an option? I imagine it would still look as smooth as my 1600x900 resolution, considering I'm putting it in windowed mode.

I can't help, but I can confirm that I can play in windowed mode without any problems (I recently started livestreaming and need to play windowed to get OBS to stream it).

It might be worth raising this in the official Tripwire forums to see if there's any technical guidance on offer...

Scren tearing usually happens when the screen is displaying images too fast. Try turning on V-Sync, which usually fixes the problem.

Yeah, I keep V-Sync on. The computer is more than able to handle the game, so I'm always keeping it on ultra. I've tried adjusting settings in various ways, but it continues to happen and only goes away when I go into full screen

Perhaps the window is scaled at a larger size than the resolution you set it at? Try changing the resolution and then back while in windowed mode.

Alright, thanks. Will give that one a try and see how it goes.

Beats me. I tried the aspect ratio, vertical sync off and on, selecting them in different orders. I guess I'll just adapt or stick to full screen and not chat with people as much XD
