Whats the button to enter tanks in multiplayer combat? People have told me = but that doesnt work, so what is it?

You don't enter tanks. It's a completely different role to choose from.

In the role selection screen. It has to be on a map that has tanks, of course.

Half tracks are vehcles you can enter. By pushing left ctrl.
