there are plenty of good beginner tips in the guides section.

here is one, it's a long read but it will prepare you for most that will be to come.

also, be prepared to die A LOT in the beginning.

And try to remember the uniform colors /way they move as soon as possible, so you don´t shoot the wrong people

Best, of course, you are always halfway aware of where your people are and where the enemy is

And if you take the japanese hand mortar (which i definitely wouldn´t recommend for someone in the beginning) always check the map for your team mates ... you can kill large groups of your team mates when you fire at the wrong spot ;)
(also if you see someone with a hand mortar, don´t run directly in front of him ... he may fire the hand mortar in exactly the moment that you run in front of him ... meaning that you will get killed, he will get killed and everyone around him ... and the person with the hand mortar will suffer lots of friendly fire penalty points and hate you for it)

maybe play on server with bots first and level your weapons, learn how to use them and the maps, etc.

Play defenders first, it makes it easier to learn the maps and to get used to the game.

Stick to Rifleman for your first few rounds, also, don't be afraid to ask for help in game, many in the community are more than willing to help :)

´muricans and Soviets run holding weapons with two hands.
Japanese and Germans run holding weapons with one hand.

Play as a rifleman, do not take vital roles such as Squad Leader or Commander as a newbie.

Prepare to die a lot as a newbie.

Play in all maps if possible and learn them.

Use mic if you got one.

Slow down your game, this is no CoD.

Check your surroundings a lot.

Use map.

Do not throw grenades unless you are 100% there are no teammates. If you are near point and your teammates are capping it is better not to throw.

Bullet penetration is a thing. Most indoor floors and walls can be penetrated same thing with wooden fences.
