No need to throw a tantrum over your little spilled milk, makes you sound like a whiner.I am not saying your complaint's aren't legit. May be try to teach these new guys on how the games is meant to be played...
you call 276 hours "barely any time at all?"
I doubt you follow the history of each of the new players closely, to say theat s/he is unwilling to learn/doesn´t learn anything during playing
Yes, Actually.
At least barely any time at all for you to have any right to claiming this game as your play-style's safe haven.
I'd prefer more inexperienced new players who help keep the game alive over a group of Veteran players who try and force the new guys out.
While having a small community was nice and created close bonds from time to time, you were bound to know how the enemy team will act after 2 months on the same server.^^
I have to agree that at least at the moment the derp rate is rather high. But this won't last!
Most of the new players already left and in 2 to 3 weeks all thats left will be people who learned something and are enjoying the game just as you are.
In my humble opinion it is much more satisfying taking the nooblets by their hands, guiding them threw their first matches instead of behaving like an elitarist prick.
But that's just me.
These conflicts depicted in RO2 and RS provided combat similar to this experience. In the Eastern Front the Russians would send in untrained conscripts against battle hardened Germans all the time. While the Germans would send in Romanian or Czech troops with little combat experience vs elite Russian rifle brigades.
The Pacific theatre sees a similar conflict with hastially trained but better equipt drafted Marine force are pitted against an experienced Japanese war machine. On the flipside the Japanese towards the end of the war began drafting mass amounts of untrained conscripts vs the now battle hardened US army and marines.
Also, how can you dislike an influx of activity to a game that is becoming dated? If you are a fan of this game than you should welcome these noobs with some well placed 7.62 to the groin region, so that you can explain what an acorn symbol represents.
