I can't play Rising Storm
I already owned Red Orchestra 2, and with that Rising Storm Discount a few days ago, I decided to buy it. At first, it seemed to be working fine as it had unlocked all the Rising Storm Content to me, but now, it's saying that I don't own the game at all.
I don't know if it's a problem that is just happening to me or to anyone else, so before I try to contact Steam Support, I wanted to hear what you guys have to say. Anything helps.
Thanks.

Do this:
Right-click RS/RO2 Multiplayer in your library
Properties
DLC tab

Write down what is listed there.

It should look something like this:

Nope. I'm starting to think there was a problem in the transaction, after I bought it. I don't think it completed it or some ♥♥♥♥.

I would check my email and bank account (or steamwallet). If you havent received a confirmation and there hasn't been a money transaction, there is propably nothing you can do, but bite your lip and wait for the next sale, focus in Stalingrad or pay the full price.

Well, Steam Support just replied to me basically telling me "Go F*ck Yourself", so, thanks for the help, Steam!
So now, I guess I have to either wait for the next bloody promotion or spend $15 or whatever is the price of it right now. Wonderful.

But is there any evidence of a tansaction happening via email or whatnot? There usually is with any purchace on Steam, plus if it was real money rather than steambucks a bank card should have transaction details tied to it.

I checked the credit card and, for some reason, the transaction apparently simply didn't register at all. I don't know if it was a problem with the website that Steam told me to use to complete the transaction or if Steam didn't register the freaking thing.
Anyway, the good thing is that I didn't lose any money. The sucky part is that there's nothing that I can do to proof to Steam that the transaction failed, so now, if I want to get Rising Storm again, I will have to pay full price.

Summer sales is almost here, best to just hang on tight and play HoS to tide you over.

Yeah, I think I will just stick to Stalingrad 'till Prices drop again. The Pacific will have to wait...

By the way, thanks for the help, everyone. I appreciate it.

Hey " swatbot 26 " sorry to here about your transaction woaws, but I think maybe most players prefer to play the German/Russian campaigns any way so just hang in there until the game is on sale.

But now that the carrot has been dangled in front of the rabbit you just want to have it... right?

I know this is a really odd suggestion, but you could just pay the $15. The devs worked their tails off for this game, and you'll likely get countless hours of enjoyment out of it. It's worth every penny of $15. If you are enjoying the Stalingrad stuff, then you'll likely have fun with the Pacific stuff as well. Also, you can always still play the Pacific stuff, your class selection is just limited til you purchase it.

I did play the Pacific and really enjoyed it, just as much as I did with Stalingrad.
I didn't mean to make the game sound any less worth it, because it is a fantastic game and I really like it. I was just expressing my frustration, since recently, I don't have much time to play games, so I have to think about my investments on Steam, before making any. Rising Storm was a great one, but, for some reason, it didn't register...
