Not to be a buzz kill, but a GT 630 is a very weak GPU. You'll want a better GPU if fps is a issue in games.
I'd suggest something like a GTX 760, or R9 270.
*Just to put it in perspective, the GPU I put in my ol'ladys system is many times more powerful then that GPU, and it's not what I'd consider a power house (HD 7850)
My ping is fine !!! or I won't ask this problem here. I will lag even on low ping (80-100 ms) server !
The issue is your GPU problem solved.
The GT630 isn't meant to be a gaming GPU. It is there for watching youtube and surfing the web. If you want improved performance, get a better GPU.
I'm assuming you bought this computer from "Alienware" or something. They have no problems selling a computer with a crappy GPU calling it a gaming system.
Buy a better GPU and you won't have the issue.
