Should I get it?
1. Is it moddable?
2. How many roughly online?
3. Any bot mode for practicing/when having bad connection/when online community dies?
4. Any 'omaha beach' type map?

1) Yes, but it's not too easy.
2) Enough to fill multiple servers
3) Yes (go to "Steam Workshop" in the main menu)
4) There is at least one Beach landing map in RS that I know of

1.) There are custom maps, and a mutauor called the Imersion Overhaul mutator
