Connection Lost
"Your connection to the host has been lost."

Everytime when I try to connect to a server it shows me this error.
This happens only after I downloaded the patch.
What am I doing wrong?
I verified system cache and downloaded 2 missing files, but it still does that to me.

Try checking any security software you may run. It may not recognize the game anymore since the update. So check to see if the game is on any allowed/ignore list. And if it already is, remove it and re-add it.

Do you mean anti-virus software?
I applied it to exceptions list, but it didn't work.
Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant to say.

Same issue, deleted the config files to see if it would redownload them (it doesn't), uninstalled and redownloaded the whole game, nothing works.

GG Tripwire you broke the damn game.

You obviously deleted the wrong config files. The config files you're supposed to delete are in your DOCUMENTS folder. Read that again, DOCUMENTS folder. NOT your STEAMAPPS folder.
More specifically, they are here:
Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Config

Delete the files in there and when you launch the game, they will be made anew.

Nope, that's the folder I deleted. Doesn't work. The game isn't even remaking the folder again and verifying the game contents says it checks out A-okay

Did that, doesn't work. Have fun though!

Also seriously Tripwire fix this crap. You had the beta client to use to work out this bug and yet it still went through. C'mon now, you're meant to be better than this.
However, I suppose you shouldn't trust a modding team to do a dev's job...
