tanks are pretty bad in stalingard already, basically just being armored MG turrets and thats it. fighting as or against a tank is very very frustrating. no need for more.
and second. the japanese tanks were vastly inferior to the american tanks, hell, in real life MG fire in the right place can penetrate it. so it will be horribly unbalanced unless ♥♥♥♥ have like 4 tanks and americans have only 1
that's exactly the problem.
when playing as a tank, not only you are slow and easily seen, but anyone with half a brain can creep behind you and throw an AT nade.
and playing AT rifleman is frustrating because of all the ground you have to cover untill you reach that tank and finally destroy it.
and when there is no tank? you are utterly useless
engineer class is good, but good luck ever picking it when there are 2 slots in a 32 player team
The entire scoring system in RO2 should be revamped to award more points for classes that have to work like hell to get kills.
totally agreed
tank kills should be just +2, it should at least be +10 considering you just killed 5 crewmen and an incredibly powerful armored veichle that won't be spawning for anothier 60 seconds.
also, anyone who managed to get a damaging hit on a tank should get an assist, right now only the jackass who fired the last shot gets the credit
Screwing about with the beta looks like assists on tank kills will be a thing (possibly).
