UK here and about 7-8 pm there are plenty of full/nearly full servers. I have jumped on servers with bots just to get my eye in and those have filled up nicely too.

Almost daily now I am getting zero servers at some point, but the few in my favorites show up. So I guess I need to favorite like half the servers. I really hate steam.
