How do you get rid of the ads at the start of the game? I can't remember.

Find your game from Steam Library -> Right click RO2/RS -> Properties -> General Tab (default) -> Launch Options -> Add "-nostartupmovies" in the line without the " "

yep. just like before. it was nice before, when you really could make the ads go away and get into the game faster. then they came out with a patch that made the whole thing pointless.

Hmm, with startup movies it takes 46 s to get to the menu. Without them it is only 13 s.

I have SSD drive so it probably helps here.
